Are the pieces authentic?

Yes! All designer pieces are authentic. We only work with reputable local and international suppliers to ensure authenticity. Our pieces are made from pre-loved clothes, handbags, bag charms and turned into something brand new.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Melbourne, Australia

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we are only shipping within Australia, but hope you expand in the near future!

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of chains, findings and pears to rework each item. We use 18k/ 24k gold plated and gold filled chains and findings. Our pears are Swarovski. 

 

What if I want to customise an order?

Please send us an email at hello@houseofamare.com.au or via the contact us page and we will work with you to create a custom piece.

 

How often do you restock?

Due to the nature of what we do its very hard to to give exact dates as it depends on sourcing the items. Subscribe to our mailing list or follow our instagram @houseofamare to be the first to know when products are restocked.

 

Can I shower with my jewellery on?

We don’t recommend showering, exercising or sleeping with our items on. A care guide is sent with every purchase which will give more tips to keep your jewellery fresh.

 

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

Please contact us ASAP on hello@houseofamare.com or via the contact us page with a photo and we will work with you to organise the next steps.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we will be working on fulfilling the order straight away. As long as it has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel the order. Best to contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do
