All of our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. In the rare case an item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will work with you to organise a refund or exchange if applicable.

Every order is sent with a care guide. We will not be held accountable if jewellery tarnishes.

For a limited time only, we are offering free standard shipping on orders Australia wide. 

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours, however at peak times this may increase to 1-3 business days. Once your item has been skipped you will receive a email with the tracking details.

We will no be responsible for any lost or stolen packages after your package has been shipped. If your parcel is missing, you will need to lodge a case with Australia Post.
